*   Ensure **fault tolerance, scalability, and security** in all solutions.
*   Use **CI/CD pipelines**, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-based tools.
*   Collaborate in a **developer guild** to share best practices and technical insights.

*   **Frontend:** React, TypeScript, Redux
*   **Cloud & Data:** Confluent Kafka, MongoDB Atlas, Kubernetes, Docker
*   **DevOps & CI/CD:** Jenkins, Argo, Azure DevOps, Git (BitBucket)
*   **Security & IAM:** OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, RedHat SSO
