As a Sales Planner & Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of planning, execution, and analytics—designing targeted sales campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring our teams focus on the highest-impact opportunities. As PERGOLUX continues to scale across Europe, Australia, North America, and South America, you will play a critical role in aligning sales efforts with revenue-driving priorities. What You’ll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, and optimize targeted sales campaigns, including seasonal pushes, product launches, upsell strategies, and reactivation initiatives.
  • Design structured campaign setups, including target lists, cadences, messaging concepts, and incentive frameworks.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance in real time, adjusting tactics and sharing best practices across international markets.
  • Build dashboards, lead-quality analyses, and post-campaign insights to support data-driven sales and leadership decisions.
  • Support sales forecasting and pipeline modeling while ensuring smooth handoffs and alignment between Marketing and Sales teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Campaign Planning; D2C or e-commerce experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce) and BI or reporting tools.
  • Proven experience designing, executing, and evaluating measurable sales or marketing campaigns.
  • Fluent English (C1 or higher) with a proactive, structured, and collaborative working style in an international environment.
