As a Customer Success Specialist, you will serve as the trusted partner and escalation point for customers, ensuring their experience with PERGOLUX remains smooth, transparent, and premium from start to finish. You’ll resolve complex issues, coordinate cross-functional workflows, and support operational excellence as we continue expanding across North America. As part of a fast-growing, design-driven global brand, you’ll play a key role in elevating our customer journey while contributing to a culture built on integrity, ambition, innovation, humility, appreciation, and unity.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and technical support.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between Customer Service, Product Development, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to resolve complex cases.
  • Oversee order prioritization and fulfillment while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage communication with installation partners to ensure successful on-site setup and customer satisfaction.
  • Support team development by leading Customer Service meetings and delivering onboarding and product training for new hires.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience managing customer escalations and solving complex issues.
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively across teams such as Logistics, Product, and Customer Service.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
