## What You’ll Do

* Build and optimize the full funnel, from awareness to conversion, tailored to your market.
* Design media mix strategies, focusing on Meta, Google, and email marketing.
* Leverage creative strategies to ensure high-performing campaigns, especially on Meta.
* Identify and launch new marketing channels when relevant.
* Manage end-to-end campaign execution across paid and organic channels.
* Analyze and optimize performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth.
* Make small website adjustments to improve user experience and campaign outcomes.
* Partner with global experts for Google, Meta, creative, and cross-channel strategies.
* Localize global best practices while customizing for your market's unique needs.
* Streamline operational tasks by leveraging automation tools and outsourcing.
* Manage external resources for tasks like ad uploads, translations, and reporting.

## What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns, with a strong track record of driving significant results.
* You understand what a marketing funnel needs to look like and how to nurture users down the funnel
* Good understanding of paid social & paid search advertising, including creative strategy, keyword research, bid management, and ad copy optimization.
* Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
* Passion for staying ahead of the curve, constantly seeking new opportunities and strategies to optimize performance.
