PERGOLUX is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support and work together with our Performance Marketing Manager and help drive e-commerce success. You’ll coordinate website activities, ensure consistent campaign messaging, and work hands-on with key platforms in a fast-paced digital environment.

Tasks
Website Coordination & Campaign Messaging:
- Coordinate website updates and ensure all e-commerce campaign messaging is consistent across platforms and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Set up and manage email marketing campaigns and automations using platforms like Klaviyo or HubSpot, including building email flows, scheduling, and segmentation.
Creative Coordination & Localisation:
- Design marketing assets across digital channels using Canva and Figma — including static ads, email banners, website graphics, and social media content.
- Adapt global creative concepts to local markets, ensuring all visuals are on-brand and culturally relevant.
- Take ownership of day-to-day creative needs for campaigns — from brief to delivery — across web, ads, email, and organic social.
- Maintain consistency in brand look and feel across all touchpoints, following established style guides and creative direction.
Performance Marketing Support:
- Support the Performance Marketing Manager in implementing and optimising seasonal marketing campaigns across key channels like Meta, Google, Email, Affiliates, and Influencers.
- Assist with daily ad operations, including campaign uploads, budget adherence, monitoring, and making basic adjustments based on performance metrics to maximise contribution margin.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media or performance marketing, ideally within an e-commerce or high-growth startup environment.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Familiarity with e-commerce tools such as Shopify, and hands-on experience with Klaviyo and/or HubSpot is essential.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and identify actionable trends.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- First-hand experience working with external partners like agencies and influencers.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring campaigns are launched reliably and without errors.
- Graphic design experience and skills.
