Quality Manager (m/f/d) - Alu Packaging

Our client is a leading manufacturer in metal packaging for clients in FMCG, pharma, cosmetics & related industries and is part of a diversified, family-owned international group. The plant, located in Central Slovakia, is a state-of-the-art facility.

• Managing total quality process in the lead role
• Continue ensuring quality improvements e.g.
• Reduction of waste material / scrap products & components
• Workers’ productivity
• Client audits & claims management
• Optimize input / output / process flow

Organization:

• Reporting to Plant Director on site
• Direct Reports: 2 Quality-Engineers, 1 Teamleader; 1 Quality -Assistant; total 17 staff in quality

• Proven & tested quality professional with min 5 years managerial experience
• Familiar with industrial production environment, ideally within metal packaging industry
• Assertive leader
• Convincing communicator
• Fluent in English, Slovak native speaker
• Personally mobile
• Mature personality
