The Founders' Office is a cross-functional role set up to help build and launch new products, cultivate strategic partnerships, design go-to-market strategies, and establish key business opportunities.
We are looking for a strong generalist who wants to join a fast-growing start-up to work with Founders to drive strategic initiatives, org-wide goal setting, planning process, growth roadmap, developing strategy, and executing it.
Tasks
It's an ever-evolving role that doesn’t come with a checklist of responsibilities, however, listing down a few:
- Preparing business reports for management, investors, and other stakeholders periodically
- Analyse and determine key insights from key business drivers, competitive environment, trends, and operating metrics
- Assist founders in institutionalizing people management and org structure, and contributing to shaping strategies across the teams
- Contribute to complex and time-critical projects by quickly understanding the context and developing a prioritized approach for resolution
- Coordinate with different functions within the organization - sales, product, marketing, finance, etc. in the deployment of the business initiatives identified
- Ideate, plan and oversee the implementation of new ideas and business-critical projects.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree from Tier-1 Institutes
- Previous experience with consulting firms/big-4 and/or growth-stage startups
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively; both verbally and in writing; in English
