## Your mission

* Identify and win potential partners with whom we can leverage synergies and generate revenue growth
* Build and maintain strong partner relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
* Provide partners with the necessary support, resources and information to effectively sell PartsCloud, including product knowledge, sales strategies and marketing materials
* Work with partners to develop and implement joint sales strategies that leverage the strengths and capabilities of both parties
* Work closely with partners to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments as required
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to plan, manage and implement partner projects

## Who We’re Looking For

* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Informatics, or similar
* At least 5+ years of experience in sales or partner management of complex products or services, preferably in the spare parts logistics or SaaS industry
* Strong communication skills and an independent and efficient work style
* Analytical thinking combined with entrepreneurial intuition
* A customer-focused mentality and a strong relationship-building skillset with partners and customers
* Negotiation skills in English and excellent German language skills
Additionally, you should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, and possess a flexible attitude. You should be passionate about representing the company and being a trusted advisor to partners.
