Team Leader - Full-time Strategic Communication and Campaign Lead

Project: EU Strategic Communication in Viet Nam

The project aims to design, develop and implement a multiannual strategic communication campaign to enhance the visibility of EU-Vietnam cooperation and strengthen the EU's image as a trusted and strategic partner.
The campaign will deliver coherent, high-impact communication around selected policy priorities, using innovative, audience-centred and digital-first approaches tailored to Vietnam's evolving media landscape.

The team leader will be responsible for the strategic leadership, implementation, and oversight of the communication campaign, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, high-quality delivery, and achievement of campaign objectives in close coordination with the EU Delegation.

Qualifications and skills

• At least a Master’s degree in communication, or advertising, or marketing, or public relations, or media, or journalism, or directly related discipline;
• Or a university degree in the above mentioned disciplines or in directly related disciplines, plus additional relevant professional experience of at least five (05) years on top of the professional experience required below;

• Proficiency (level C1) in English in both speaking and writing;General professional experience

• At least twelve (12) years relevant professional experience in:

• Managing marketing or communication related contracts;
• Coordinating the implementation of public relations;
• Supervising teams of marketing or communication experts.Specific professional experience

• At least eight (8) years of relevant professional experience in:

• Developing at least one (1) marketing concept or communication strategy or dissemination and communication plan
• Implementing successfully at least one (1) awareness campaign in the last 3 years;
• Leading on the creation of at least three (3) audio-visual products;
• Proven working experience with at least one (1) group of artists or Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)/ influencers relevant to specialized audiences in the last 3 years;
• Proven marketing or communication experiences in Viet Nam is a must.
