Through hands-on involvement and a global network of partners, we help build resilient, high-performing businesses. Rooted in an entrepreneurial mindset, we focus on high-impact opportunities in sectors where we bring domain expertise: supply chain, sustainability, (frontier) wellness, and AI.
We operate with a lean, entrepreneurial team and actively support investments and partners across Europe and globally.

Requirements

Background in accounting, controlling, or audit (Big Four experience strongly preferred)

Strong technical understanding of IFRS and local GAAP; exposure to multi-jurisdiction structures is a plus

Familiarity with investment environments and financial due diligence is a plus

Proficient in Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g. Bexio, Xero, Exact, ERP systems) is an advantage

Analytical and data-driven with excellent problem-solving skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed

Fluent in English and Portuguese; German is a strong plus

Benefits

Long-term development opportunities and a platform to grow with the organization

This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting and audit – preferably from a Big Four firm – who is looking to transition into a more dynamic finance position within an investment platform.
You’ll work in a lean team and gain exposure to the full financial scope of the family office, including financial control, reporting, cross-border coordination, and investment-related analysis. You will also take ownership of local accounting activities in Portugal while contributing to processes across jurisdictions.
