With your interest in strategy development, you will strengthen our position as market leader, while as Intern Strategy (All genders) you will achieve new successes together with our excellent strategy team.

## What to expect

* **Be Excellent:** Develop **strategies** to supercharge our growth and turn them into actionable plans
* **Own It:** Take over f**ull** **responsibility** for your own projects at an early stage
* **Strategy development:** Verify the technical and organizational **feasibility** of strategic initiatives by engaging with our founders and department heads
* **Market and competitive research:** Research, analyze, and prepare **insights** on markets, competitors, and locations, always deriving the "so what?" for our business
* **Operational Support:** Support our small but powerful strategy team in their **day-to-day tasks**

## Inspire us by

* **Background:** You are a registered student with a focus on leadership, entrepreneurship or something similar
* **Work experience:** First experience through e.g. internships in a start-up, management consultancy, venture capital or similar is an advantage
* **Hands-on mentality**: Demonstrated problem-solving ability with high ownership of own projects
* **Sound language skills**: You speak good English and German
* **Office culture:** Ready to relocate to Munich
