## THE ROLE

As a (Senior) UX Designer (m/f/x) you will design Parkdepot's brand presence and continuously develop it further. From the conception to the actual implementation of new projects, you and your team will make sure that we are as user-friendly as possible.  

## YOUR MISSION

* __User Experience Development:__ You develop engaging and industry-leading user experiences - from concept to final execution. You will analyze and evaluate user requirements and interface designs in close collaboration with our Product Managers and Engineers
* __Product Discovery:__ You will contribute to the success of our product discovery track and ensure that we deliver the best UX to our customers
* __Brand Ambassador:__ Together with our design team, you will conceptualize and design Parkdepot's brand presence (online and offline, web and mobile) and continuously evolve it based on business and user requirements
* __Conducting usability tests:__ you validate the assumptions of new ideas using qualitative and quantitative methods (customer journey mapping, heuristic evaluations, user interviews and tests, A/B testing, surveys). You talk to our customers to understand their needs and expectations

## WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

* __Your background and experience:__ You have at least three years of relevant professional experience in the development of software products or complex enterprise applications in the role of UX/UI Designer, Interaction Designer, Visual Designer, UX Researcher, or in a similar role.
* __Your Interests:__ You have a strong interest in the latest design concepts, emerging technologies, and key developments in the user experience space
* __You are analytical:__ You have strong organizational and analytical skills and are familiar with common research methods to derive actionable results
* __You are characterized by__: Independence, team spirit, a strong willingness to learn, and proactive, solution-oriented thinking are among your strengths
* __Tools:__ Basic knowledge in the use of common website and web design tools (Webflow) and with the programming languages HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript are an advantage. Very good knowledge of the latest methods and tools for UI/UX design such as Figma,(Adobe XD), Zeplin, Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) complete your profile.
* __Language skills:__ You speak German at native level and have excellent English skills
* A portfolio of your previous work and a short cover letter complete your application documents
