Tasks

As an integral part of our Customer Success team for supply chain customers, you will be the face of paretos to our customers - guiding them through onboarding and beyond! Customer success at paretos means understanding the Enterprise customers' problem and build the brigde between our SaaS solution and the customers' use cases.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Onboard new customers (Enterprise/B2B) during their first weeks and help them understand how to get the most out of paretos
  • Conduct workshops to understand the customer's decision- and prediction processes as well as their business domain, because we consider this to be the only way to create long-term success for us and the customers
  • Understand and analyse the domain data provided by the customer to ensure we do the right things and provide meaningful results
  • Explain and translate results and metrics of our predictions / recommendations to our customers that are often not familiar with AI at all
  • Serve as a bridge between customers, our integration team and our product
  • Build, maintain and nurture long-term customer relationships and understand their business environment
  • Support our wonderful sales team with presales activities and identify upsell opportunities
  • Serve as the company's internal "voice of the customer". Cooperate with product development to make sure customer needs are met
  • Drive the improvement of internal processes and automation to enable further scaling of the business

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar field (Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Data Science Consultant) with Enterprise/B2B customers
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
  • Affinity for data science and technical topics - you are comfortable communicating about complex topics with decision-makers
  • Affinity to data and databases (Snowflake)
  • Experience in the domain of supply-chains is a plus
  • Experience in a B2B software company is a plus / product company
  • Basic knowledge of statistics and machine learning concepts is a plus
  • Basic knowledge about data-engineering-processes is a plus
  • Fluent in German (as the focus is DACH) and English (as we are an international company)
