We are therefore looking to hire an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude Business and Product Development Internship / Working Student (all genders).

In this role, you will support members of the paretos leadership team on high-impact strategic initiatives. Your main tasks will include

• Collaborating with executive team members (founders, VP Sales, VP Product) to support the Go-to-Market process for strategically important prospects.
• Leading your own workstreams to support the product team in running successful proof of concepts for strategically relevant customers.
• Supporting the customer success and product team in onboarding strategically important customers onto the Pareto's platform.
• Conducting research on target customers and the competitive landscape.

• Business Background
• Good communication and interpersonal Skills
• Hacking in Excel is a plus as well as having Skills in SQL
• Basic knowledge of statistics and machine learning concepts is a plus
• Fluent in German (as the focus is DACH) and English (as we are an international company)
