Together with the management of **Neumann Kaffee Gruppe** we are looking for you as **(Senior) MS Dynamics 365 Specialist** (m/f/d) in **Hamburg**.

The Neumann Kaffee Gruppe is currently undergoing a global digital transformation process in which you as **(Senior) MS Dynamics 365 Specialist** (m/f/d) will play a key role in the introduction of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

## Tasks

*   You ensure day-to-day operations and support the company-wide implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance&Operations) in collaboration with external service providers and internal contacts
*   You handle the administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including the setup and management of user accounts, roles, permissions, and license management
*   You manage and maintain the cloud infrastructure in a Microsoft Azure environment and assist with support requests and troubleshooting
*   You monitor system performance, keep an eye on possible optimisation needs and thus support the improvement of the infrastructure of the entire group of companies
*   You form the interface to the service providers and are responsible for licence management

## Requirements

*   You are experienced in the further development and administration of company-wide software solutions; preferably with MS Dynamics 365
*   You have sound knowledge in the cloud solution area, ideally in MS Azure
*   You are communicative, have a strong customer and solution orientation and are used to working with different stakeholders
*   You have a good command of English and experience of working in an international context
