Customer Service (Spanish-English)

Are you looking to start or grow your career in the insurance industry? We’re seeking a bilingual (English-Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our insurance office in Davie, FL.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has their 4-40 Customer Representative License or for a motivated individual eager to get licensed—we’ll help you obtain it and support your growth in the industry.

Schedule & Location

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• One Saturday per month
• Location: Davie, FL

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
• Assist with policy updates, renewals, and billing inquiries.
• Support clients in understanding their insurance options.
• Maintain accurate records in the company system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office goals.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 4-40 License preferred, but not required—we’ll help you get it!
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• No prior insurance experience needed—we provide training.
