• Innovative Full-Stack Development: Contribute to building modern web applications using both front- and back-end technologies.

• First hands-on experience in full-stack development through projects, internships, or academic work using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Express.js/Node.js, Python)
• Growth mindset being highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn - ready to take ownership and go the extra mile to excel in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies; experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing is a plus (Shape Up experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Fluency in English and good command of German
