Tasks

Identify, evaluate, and establish contracts with reliable third-party logistics (3PL) companies.
Negotiate transportation rates and service terms to meet the company's budget and operational needs.
Regularly assess the performance of transportation suppliers, provide improvement suggestions, or replace underperforming suppliers.
Develop and optimize transportation plans between sorting warehouses to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Handle unexpected transportation issues to ensure uninterrupted delivery operations.
Monitor transportation performance in terms of time, cost, and quality to meet company standards.
Ensure transportation operations comply with Dutch and EU regulations (e.g., vehicle safety and freight permits).

Requirements

Familiarity with the Dutch 3PL market and existing relationships with local 3PL providers.
Strong knowledge of market pricing and excellent negotiation skills.
Proven ability to plan, allocate resources, and flexibly schedule vehicles to meet dynamic operational needs.
Strong coordination skills for both internal teams and external suppliers.
Language requirements: Proficiency in Chinese and English; Dutch is a plus.
Possessing a Niwo certificate is an advantage.
