Ozmunium International SL is a forest product trading company actively operating and not limited to the Mediterranean region. The main products being supplied are packaging paper, wood pulp and waste paper.

Tasks

  • Supply chain: order intake from customers and placement with manufacturers. Arranging shipment, preparation of shipping documents, negotiation of documents, trade finance and finally account receivables.
  • Working closely with the commercial team.
  • Collaborate and negotiate rates with freight forwarders and international couriers.
  • Database processing and management.
  • Assist Supply Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Experience in logistics, international trade and commerce.
  • Fluent in English, French and another language is a plus.
  • Time management and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under stressful situations and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork Skills.
  • Self-motivated and shows initiative to self-develop.
  • Eager to learn new skills.
  • Able to work remotely.
