Ozmunium International SL is a forest product trading company actively operating and not limited to the Mediterranean region. The main products being supplied are packaging paper, wood pulp and waste paper.
Tasks
- Supply chain: order intake from customers and placement with manufacturers. Arranging shipment, preparation of shipping documents, negotiation of documents, trade finance and finally account receivables.
- Working closely with the commercial team.
- Collaborate and negotiate rates with freight forwarders and international couriers.
- Database processing and management.
- Assist Supply Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Experience in logistics, international trade and commerce.
- Fluent in English, French and another language is a plus.
- Time management and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work under stressful situations and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork Skills.
- Self-motivated and shows initiative to self-develop.
- Eager to learn new skills.
- Able to work remotely.
