Tasks

The role will work across the finance function of our firm on both the ManCo level as well as the fund level.

  • Responsible in the finance function for accounting, reporting and compliance
  • Helping to prepare investor reporting and financial statements
  • Driving fund operations including payments and deal execution
  • Coordinating service providers such as auditors, tax consultants, and banks
  • Improving existing management information and back-office record-keeping systems to support controlling/reporting, investment, fundraising, investor relations and general administration activities
  • You will have the opportunity to shape our processes and systems for the future.

Please note that we are open to full time as well as part-time (25 hours or more per week) candidates.

Requirements

Oyster Bay is an entrepreneurial firm - we expect every team member to be self-motivated and driven to deliver outstanding results in their respective responsibilities.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced fund administrator or fund accountant for several funds (industry and stage agnostic) and is looking for an entrepreneurial environment, where he/she can take responsibility. We will consider experienced Fund administrators, Accountants and Controllers. You will have at least 5 years of relevant work experience across the relevant domains (e.g. accounting, controlling, fund administration)
