## Tasks

As Head of Finance & Operations, you are responsible for ensuring all of our stakeholder processes are running at a world-class level. 

*   ﻿﻿Leading the finance function including accounting, reporting and compliance
*   ﻿﻿Overseeing the preparation of investor reporting and financial statements
*   ﻿﻿Driving fund operations including payments and deal execution
*   ﻿﻿Coordinating service providers such as auditors, tax consultants, and banks
*   Improving existing management information and back-office record-keeping systems to support controlling/reporting, investment, fundraising, investor relations and general administration activities
*   ﻿﻿Managing fund performance and deployment models
*   ﻿﻿Supporting fundraising through modeling and investment decks
*   ﻿﻿Assisting with investment sourcing, screening, and market analysis

## Requirements

Oyster Bay is an entrepreneurial firm - we expect every team member to be self-motivated and driven to deliver outstanding results in their respective responsibilities.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced Head of Finance & Operations for several funds (industry and stage agnostic) and is looking for an entrepreneurial environment, where he/she can build systems and processes him/herself. We will also consider experienced Fund administrators, Accountants and Controllers, who are looking for the next step in their careers. You will have at least 10 years of relevant work experience across the relevant domains (e.g. accounting, controlling, fund administration)
