Would you like to take over responsibilities and gain strong insights into an E-Commerce company, all of this in a diverse and international team? You could be part of it as a Manager Controlling (all genders)!
Your tasks:
- Prepare and analyze monthly closings in close collaboration with our Accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Dive into the latest financial trends, provide insights, and propose actionable recommendations to drive success.
- Create and deliver regular investor reports based on the monthly financial data.
- Work closely with department leaders to enhance budget planning and forecasting processes, bringing clarity and precision to financial goals.
- Organize (bi-)weekly sales meetings with our Execs to support smooth operational steering throughout the month.
- Produce and present ad hoc financial reports, offering actionable insights on performance through cross-departmental collaboration.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure business goals are on track.
- Collaborate confidently across departments and hierarchy levels, navigating seamlessly in a hybrid work setup.
Your profile:
- Fluent Communication: You’re an excellent communicator in English and German and can confidently present complex data in a clear, compelling way.
- Creative Problem Solver: You think outside the box, tackling complex challenges with innovative solutions that drive results.
- Detail-Oriented: You self-audit your work to ensure accuracy, clarity, and that every result is easy to digest and present.
- Academic Background: You’ve successfully completed a degree in business administration (or a similar field).
- Experience: You bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in finance & controlling, corporate development, or business consulting.
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel are a must. Experience with tools like Navision or Tableau is a big plus!
