🎯 Your impact

• Work directly with the founders on high-leverage projects across strategy, ops, and product
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans and execute end-to-end
• Build internal systems for hiring, onboarding, reporting, and knowledge management
• Run market, customer, and competitor research and turn insights into decisions
• Prepare founder-grade decks, analyses, KPIs, and follow-ups

1. Getting to know (30 min)
You hear more about opus and the role, we learn more about you and how your experience and ambitions align with the role

2. Practical take-home case study (async; presentation 30 min)
A short exercise based on real work at opus:

• Review a problem or scenario relevant to the role
• Propose a practical approach and outline how you’d execute it
• Present your thinking clearly and pragmatically

3. Team & culture (20 min)
