🎯 Your impact

• Own prospecting and pipeline end-to-end, from ICP to handover
• Build repeatable inbound and outbound motions from scratch
• Turn customer pain points into clear value props and use cases
• Work closely with founders, Growth & Sales and keep CRM data clean
• Create and iterate GTM assets: outreach copy, scripts, one-pagers, decks

1) Getting to know (30 min)
You hear more about opus and the role, we learn more about you and how your experience and ambitions align with the role

2) Practical take-home (async, ~30 min)
A short exercise based on real work at opus:

• Review a problem or scenario relevant to the role
• Propose a practical approach and outline how you’d execute it
• Present your thinking clearly and pragmatically

3) Team & culture (20 min)
A conversation with the founders and team leads to go deeper on your work, real scenarios at opus, and align on ownership, growth, and expectations
