In this position, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of engineers focused on the technical development of our key processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of process engineers
- Ensure stability and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes
- Collaborate on the introduction of new products – from planning to production
- Coordinate with the R&D department on technology transfers
- Be responsible for increasing yield and efficiency
- Manage documentation: control plans, process diagrams, SPC, etc.
- Work with capacity models, and monitor machine and workforce load
- Collaborate with purchasing, quality, R&D, and maintenance departments
- Manage team budget and ensure team safety
- Support a culture of collaboration and lean principles
We’re looking for someone who:
- Can develop both people and systems – You’ll lead a small team while also setting direction and priorities in the area of technical improvements
- Ensures process stability and quality – Your decisions will directly impact the performance and efficiency of our operations
- Will be a key partner in introducing new products and technologies – In collaboration with colleagues from R&D and technical centers (including international teams)
- Will help move our processes closer to a “world-class” level – Through systematic improvement, data analysis, and lean approaches
- Has a technical education and experience in leading people
- Has a solid understanding of process/technology engineering
- Understands manufacturing but isn’t afraid of challenges related to innovation and change
- Speaks English at a communicative level (for collaboration with international teams)
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and at the same time a people-focused leader
