## Tasks

*   You play a key role in the strategic development and expansion of the company’s internal software solutions.
*   You identify business requirements and define the scope and objectives of new software projects.
*   You lead various development projects, take responsibility for creating technical concepts, and ensure their implementation.
*   You support team coordination and contribute to the professional growth of your colleagues.
*   You actively participate in developing software solutions and take care of optimization and troubleshooting.
*   You collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including internal departments, IT, marketing, and business units.
*   You evaluate different solution approaches, make informed decisions, and help ensure the team’s service-oriented focus.

## Requirements

**EN**

*   A successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
*   Several years of experience in software development.
*   Initial leadership experience in guiding a development team is a plus.
*   Solid knowledge of ERP systems and related business processes.
*   Strong expertise in SQL and database programming.
*   Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and/or C#.
*   Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) is desirable.
*   High level of motivation, commitment, and dedication in carrying out your tasks.
*   Independent, structured, and responsible way of working.
*   Strong analytical thinking skills combined with a high sense of quality.

*   Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung.
*   Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung.
*   Erste Führungserfahrung in der Leitung eines Entwicklungsteams von Vorteil.
*   Gute Kenntnisse in Warenwirtschaftssystemen sowie den dazugehörigen Prozessen.
*   Sicherer Umgang mit SQL und fundierte Erfahrung in der Datenbankprogrammierung.
*   Gute Kenntnisse in den Programmiersprachen C++ und/oder C#.
*   Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen im Bereich Webservices (REST/SOAP).
*   Hohe Motivation, Engagement und Einsatzbereitschaft bei der Erfüllung deiner Aufgaben.
