Business Development & Digital Communications Consultant (German/English/Arabic) Freelance · Remote · Focus: MENA & Africa

OppCourt is looking for a proactive, bilingual (German/English) consultant to support our business development and digital communication efforts across the MENA and Africa regions. This freelance role offers a monthly retainer plus performance-based commissions. You’ll help us grow our client base, manage digital outreach, and support recruitment and cleantech initiatives in collaboration with German industry partners.

Business Development & Client Engagement

• Reach out to German companies across sectors to explore interest in expansion into MENA and Africa.
• Assess client needs and propose tailored consulting or recruitment solutions.
• Manage a CRM of contacts, interactions, and follow-ups.

Digital Marketing & Web Presence

• Manage website updates and assist in content planning.
• Enhance social media presence through strategic content creation (in collaboration with our partners).
• Coordinate digital campaigns that align with business development goals.

Internal Coordination

• Collaborate with internal and partner teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Support marketing and outreach strategies through copywriting and data management.

You may come from a business development, recruitment, or digital marketing background, but what matters most is your ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and work independently.

• Language Skills: German (C1 preferred, minimum B2) desirable. Fluent English is required. Arabic is a plus.

• Professional Background: Experience in sales, consulting, recruitment, digital communications, or similar roles.
• Tech & Tools: Comfortable with CRMs, Microsoft Office, basic web editing, and social media platforms.
• Personal Traits: Organized, self-driven, communicative, and culturally aware.
