## Tasks

**Your Mission**

As a pivotal bridge between Oper and our enterprise customers, your mission will be to translate business and functional requirements towards user stories and high quality software together together with your squad.  
  
**Your role & responsibilities:**

*   **Functional & Business Analysis:**

*   Understand customer needs and business objectives and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories for the engineering team.

*   **Technical Analysis for integrations points**

*   Review technical API documentation and work with the engineering team to identify and define integration points between systems.

*   **Cross-Team collaboration:**

*   Act as a liaison between customers, engineering, and QA teams and facilitate effective communication to ensure project goals are met on time and with high quality.

*   **Workshop organization & facilitation:**

*   Plan and lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, brainstorm solutions, and align on objectives. Ensure productive outcomes from workshops by managing expectations and documenting decisions.

*   **Stakeholder Management:**

*   Engage with key stakeholders on the client side throughout the project lifecycle.

*   **Delivering Best-in-Class Solutions:**

*   Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality software that meets or exceeds customer expectations and continuously seek ways to improve our products and processes.

## Requirements

**What you'll bring to Oper**

*   **Experience:** 3-5 years in a related role, with a spotlight on delivery projects within the banking or fintech.
*   **Analytical Aptitude:** A love for problem structuring and solution crafting, using your analytical prowess.
*   **Communication Mastery:** Stellar communication and relationship-building skills both fluently in English and Hungarian.
*   **Agile Attitude:** An action-oriented mindset and a knack for 'getting things done.'
*   **Tech-Savvy:** Understanding of technical integration points (APIs, web services, etc.) and software in general.
*   **Location:** Based out of Budapest (HU) or Budapest-region and willing to commute to Budapest 1-2 days per week.

**Bonus qualities**

*   In-depth familiarity with financial services industry
*   Experience within a Pre-Series B (Enterprise) SaaS Startup in a customer success role
