We are currently looking for an office all-rounder for our newest location in Korea to work in the areas of controlling & accounting, human resources and marketing. Experience in all of these areas is not necessary, but a willingness to learn new topics is highly desirable.

Your main tasks

  • Office Management
    Taking care of the office and taking on all administrative tasks where needed
  • Support with sales processes and order processing
    Creating customer invoices, maintaining our CRM system (Salesforce) and monitoring incoming payments
  • Work in Accounting and Controlling
    Responsible for accounting, assisting with payroll accounting, travel expense reports, preparation of monthly reports, assistance with budget planning and budget control
  • Marketing
    Supporting our marketing team in implementing marketing campaigns and helping to shape our employer branding on social media
  • Human Resources
    Working on employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel data in our HR system and being the first contact person for the authorities in Korea

Your profile

  • Business fundamentals
    Good business management skills, preferably with a focus on one of the areas of finance, marketing or HR
  • Practical experience
    Experience in some of the above tasks, especially experience in office management and accounting is a big plus
  • Personality
    Hands-on mentality and willingness to learn, interest in working in an international company
  • Software Tools
    Experience with software tools such as Salesforce, SAP (Byd), Lucanet or Personio is advantageous but not essential
  • Language Skills
    Very good knowledge of Korean and very good knowledge of English for communication in our international company
