Omtera is a fast-growing consultancy and technology solutions partner for industry leaders, including Mixpanel, Braze, OneSignal, Snowflake, Statsig, HubSpot, and more. We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our martech and analytics solutions business.

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through both consulting services and subscription sales, engaging with enterprise and mid-market clients across various sectors, including e-commerce, finance, gaming, telecom, and digital-first businesses.

Tasks

As a Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle and drive growth across our martech and analytics portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Own and exceed revenue targets for Omtera’s martech and analytics portfolio across assigned territories
  • Identify, engage, and close opportunities for both license sales and consulting implementation services
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closing
  • Lead account strategies and grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell motions
  • Collaborate closely with the partnerships, technical consulting, and marketing teams
  • Develop strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and marketing/data/IT decision-makers
  • Report sales performance and pipeline status regularly to leadership
  • Represent Omtera in regional events, workshops, and partner co-selling initiatives

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who combines sales expertise with a passion for martech and data-driven solutions. The ideal profile includes:

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in martech, analytics, or customer engagement platforms
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas (license + services)
  • Experience selling both subscriptions and consulting/professional services
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement, product analytics, and data-driven growth strategies
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English; Turkish or Arabic is a plus, depending on the market
