Aufgaben

Your Mission

We are seeking a motivated working student to join our Sales Development team. In this role, you will take an active part in identifying and reaching out to potential customers through multiple channels such as email, social selling, and outbound calls. Your contributions will directly impact on our sales efforts as you collaborate with the team to qualify leads and schedule meetings for our sales representatives. By leveraging our solutions in your outreach, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward and will have the opportunity to share valuable feedback with our product development teams, helping to shape our future offerings.

Your Responsibilities

Outreach and Initial Contact

  • Engage with potential leads through different channels. Introduce OMNIPEAK and its solutions to pique their interest and spark meaningful conversations.

Lead Qualification

  • Evaluate the interests, needs, and fit of potential customers to ensure only the most qualified leads move forward to the sales team.

Appointment Setting & Follow-Up

  • Arrange and coordinate discovery calls with the sales team for qualified leads. Build and maintain relationships through consistent follow-ups, keeping potential customers engaged until they are ready to progress in the sales funnel.

CRM & Data Management

  • Log and manage all customer interactions in our CRM to ensure a smooth handover to the sales team and a well-documented process.

Qualifikation

Your Talent & Profile

  • As a working student, you are pursuing a degree in economics, communication sciences, or a related field. You bring a passion for B2B sales as well as AI technology and you are eager to make an impact.
  • You possess persuasive communication skills, are self-driven, service-oriented, and open to experimenting with fresh ideas. Familiarity with MS Office applications and Generative AI-Tools is a given.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in German, and fluency in English, both written and spoken, are required.
  • You have a hands-on mindset. You love getting things done and avoiding time-wasting activities like unnecessary meetings. However, you also value structure and ensure your work is well-documented.
