You’ll be joining a small, ambitious, and highly driven team of 13 people, building one of the most exciting LegalTech companies in Europe.
Your role
You are one of the key people driving Omnilex’s growth in Switzerland.
This is not transactional SaaS sales – it’s high-trust, consultative selling in a relationship-driven market.
At the same time, this role has a strong outbound focus: you proactively identify, approach, and open conversations with the most relevant law firms and legal teams in Switzerland.
Your counterparts are partners, senior associates, and legal decision-makers. They expect credibility, precision, and a deep understanding of their work.
You will combine targeted outbound outreach with relationship-building, guiding prospects from first conversation through pilots into long-term customers.
