Tasks
Your Commitment will include
- You will manage and optimize various HR applications,
- Develop an HR controlling concept with the necessary and available KPIs, reporting structure and frequency, as well as data analysis,
- Monitor the application operations and ensure smooth processes,
- Resolve technical issues in 1st and 2nd level support and maintain interfaces
- Support and train HR users in application and process handling,
- Perform master data maintenance as needed or when testing changes
- Provide analyses for strategic decisions when required and recommend appropriate courses of action,
- Contribute to projects and the development of concepts in collaboration with business units.
Requirements
Achieving the difference requires
- Dregree in a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) and further training in business informatics or HR,
- You have a strong IT affinity and ideally good knowledge of HR applications (e.g., TimeShepherd Lothal, PEP),
- Basic knowledge of SQL (or a comparable database query language), batch commands, and IIS
- You enjoy analytical tasks, have an eye for detail, and work transparently
- You are customer orientation and your ability to explain technical matters in an understandable way,
- Abacus knowledge is a big plus
- Independent, structured, and detail-oriented working style with a high sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Excellent communication in German (mandatory)
- Independent and solution-driven mindset with a high level of accountability.
