Tasks

Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, offers)
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
  • Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and job postings on platforms
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and procedures
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires

Requirements

Requirements

  • Saudi National (Tamheer eligibility is required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication skills (Arabic & English)
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Interest in recruitment and HR operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Fresh graduate or with limited experience
