Join us as a **Publisher Development Manager (f/m/d/x**) in Berlin, Dresden, Vienna, or remote.   
As a key member of our Publisher Team, you will actively shape our growth by building strong partnerships with publishers. Ready to take on this exciting challenge and shape the digital future with us?

## What you'll do

* Driving Growth: Acquire new national and international publishers to expand Shopfully's network.
* Collaboration: Work closely with our Product Team to ensure seamless coordination of customer requests and achieve outstanding satisfaction.
* Support Excellence: Provide exceptional support to our publishers, including creating mock-ups and crafting compelling pitch presentations.
* Business Planning: Leverage your Excel expertise to develop and manage detailed business plans.
* Performance Insights: Monitor and analyze performance data, keeping a close eye on KPIs to drive success.
* Partnership Coordination: Manage and coordinate partnerships across diverse markets, nationally and internationally.
  
  
## What you'll need

* Ideally 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management. Plus: You already bring a Publisher network.
* A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
* Exceptional communication skills, on a native-level for German and fluent English
* A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
* Confidence and flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments and work independently.
* A team player with an international mindset who thrives in a collaborative setting.
* A passion for learning and growing in the digital world.
