Scrum Master - Partime (15-20h/w)

Since 2019 we are developing software solutions in the automotive aftermarket industry. Our core product, OE Service, is a B2B SaaS product, which is used by over 5500 workshop across Europe and aims to make their life easier.

We are a team of 30+ software enthusiasts that are highly motivated build high quality products that cleary stand out in comparison to our competitors.

While our headquarter is located in Klagenfurt, our product engineering team (Dev, UX, Design) sits in Vienna.

And to supercharge said product engineering team of 6, we are now looking for a part time Scrum master that helps us to make the most out of our great team.

As Scrum master you will be responsible for shaping and facilitating our agile development process in order to for our engineering team to get more stuff done in less time without sacrificing team satisfaction.

You will take over this role from our CTO whos schedule is simply not allowing to properly act on this role any longer.

As Scrum master, you know the best what your activities should be, but to name our expectations:

• You are serving the team, enabling them to build better stuff more swiftly while not sacrificing the team happyness
• You are part of all ceremonies to make sure that our working agreements are followed as well as to observe where there might be sand in the gears
• You monitor the teams velocity and based upon your findings from observing the ceremonies, you derive and implement changes to the process
• On a regular basis you will report to the CTO to check-in on the teams development

The success of your role will be measured based on the velocity increase you enable us to achieve as well as the teams satisfaction with the agile development process.

• At least three years practical experience of working as Scrum master or agile coach for software development teams
• Ideally you are a certified Scrum master or at least have had formal education about being one
• You are an excellent and empathic communicator
• You are fluent in English, both writing and speaking
• German is a nice 2 have but not. mandatory as our development team speaks english internally

Since the team you will be working with is rather small, we plan that this position is part time, somehere between 15 and 20 hours per week.

Given the nature of agile, your working hours will and have to be quite flexible. Therefore your work contract will include a Gleitzeit clause.
