## Tasks

As a BUSINESS ANALYST you will support RFI/FRQ/SPOT Processes

*   Manage data of customer projects: preparation/cleaning/plausibility checks & clarification with customers
*   RFI / RFQ structure definition (columns, content, rules)
*   Technical Set up & testing in our in-house e-sourcing solution u-tender
*   Customer communication
*   Data & process documentation
*   Supplier Search/ Chasing / Support via phone & Mail (active & passive)
*   Analysis of reasonable scenarios
*   Awarding & Communication
*   Monitoring & Controlling & Spot Updates during the year
*   Reporting (internal & external)
*   Build cross-functional partnerships, internally and externally
*   Manage customer requirements and support their development
*   Maintain a competitive market knowledge
*   E-Sourcing Solution Maintenance

## Requirements

**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING IS MOTIVATION**

*   minimum Job starter with 2-3 years experience
*   **Very Strong skills** in MS Office, especially **Excel** (pivot, vlookup. etc)
*   Fluent in English
*   German beneficial
*   Strong analytical and problem solving skills - strong personal commiment
*   procurement and/or supply chain experience (supplier or induytry)
*   Result and quality orientation precise way of working
*   High degree of customer service orientation
*   Willingness and potential for learning and development (keep the company standards)
*   Highly motivated, innovative, creative
