Mechanic (e-bikes specialist)

• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, spare parts selection, repair, and quality control on a wide variety of e-bikes.
• Prepare e-bikes for delivery and manage fleet maintenance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in repair processes and service quality.
• Support warehouse operations with ideas to optimize efficiency and workflow.

• At least 1 year of experience in e-bike mechanics, with solid knowledge of electric bikes, their components, and diagnostic tools.
• Passion for quality, efficiency, and hands-on technical problem-solving.
• Comfort working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
• Fluent English. German is a plus
