## Tasks

As a Penetration Tester Manager, you are responsible for:

1.  **Team Leadership:**
2.  Lead and mentor a team of penetration testers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

*   Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement.
*   Ensure the team you’re responsible for is meeting business targets

**2\. Penetration Testing:**

*   Plan and execute penetration tests on various IT assets, including networks, applications, and systems.
*   Stay current with emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices.

 **3. Project Management:**

*   Coordinate and prioritize penetration testing projects based on risk and business impact.
*   Develop project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively.

 **4. Client Interaction:**

*   Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand their security requirements.
*   Present findings and recommendations in a clear and understandable manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
*   Create and present proposals to clients based on the needs of the clients

 **5. Tool and Methodology Development:**

*   Challenge the status quo on how we perform penetration testing and actively lead changes within the organization to strategically implement changes
*   Evaluate and implement new penetration testing tools and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of the team.
*   Contribute to the development of standardized testing procedures.

 **6. Documentation:**

*   Create comprehensive and clear reports detailing vulnerabilities, risks, and recommended remediation strategies.
*   Maintain accurate records of testing activities, methodologies, and results.

## Requirements

*   Technical proficiency in penetration testing tools and methodologies.
*   Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*   Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
*   Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
