Why this role?

Are you curious about how companies generate revenue and ensure smooth operations? This role offers hands-on experience in managing subsidy applications, project invoicing, and operational activities. You’ll work at the heart of our operations team, ensuring seamless customer experiences and gaining insights into core business processes.

Depending on your date of entry you will work on the following key areas/projects:

Subsidy Application & Processing:

• Manage customer subsidy applications with precision and attention to detail.
• Review and process documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Billing & Project Accounting:

• Prepare and issue accurate project invoices.
• Monitor invoicing schedules and follow up on outstanding payments or corrections.

After-Sales Support:

• Address customer inquiries related to subsidies, invoices, or project documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams on project-specific requests.

Collaboration with Operations:

• Support the preparation and management of project protocols.
• Coordinate across teams (sales, operations) to ensure smooth project closures and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Solid project and time management skills.
• A collaborative team player who brings positivity to the workplace.
• Availability for at least 4 months.
• Based in Munich and fluent in German (C1+).
