We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to bridge operations, strategy, and analytics.
This role drives data-based decision-making, connecting operational performance with strategic insight.
Your mission: strengthen operational analytics, build data flows, and support the design and execution of a data-driven decision framework across NOVACARD.
Tasks
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize operational processes (Customer Service, Logistics, Customer Feedback).
- Conduct lifecycle, trend, and root-cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
- Build and maintain automated dashboards (Power BI or similar) with key KPIs.
- Collaborate with Operations and Strategy teams to translate data into clear actions.
- Ensure data quality, integration, and governance across multiple systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning.
Requirements
💻 Ideal Profile
Experience: 2+ years in data analysis (ideally fintech or operations-related).
Technical Skills:
- SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Data integration and quality management.
- Basic Python and statistical analysis (a plus).
Soft Skills:
- Communication and storytelling.
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical precision and results-oriented mindset.
Languages (mandatory):
- English + Spanish or English + Russian.
