About notus:
Many companies already see the value of personal branding & content, but struggle to:

come up with the right strategy

find the time to produce content

be consistent and play the long-game

That’s why we’re here.
At notus, we build content engines for B2B founders & executives.
We help them leverage the best marketing asset there is - people. (aka personal brands)
We believe that in the future, businesses will thrive on personal brand-led content, so it’s our mission to build an ecosystem of businesses driven by it.
Our roots are in New York City, where our founder, Marvin Sanginés, started documenting his journey starting a marketing agency in 2020.
In the process, he realized that what brought him the most value & opportunities was his personal brand - so he wanted to offer his clients the same.
Fast forward 4 years, and we’ve had the pleasure to work with some of the coolest founders & executives in the game.
From 9-figure entrepreneurs like Noah Kagan and Jesse Puji, to executives of billion-dollar companies like Swisscom and Rhomberg.
notus is young and growing fast.
Our team consists of driven individuals with a love for content, an eye for detail and a whole lot of positive energy.
The copywriter role is very popular because you literally get paid to learn from successful founders & execs every day. (yes, you read that right.)
So, what will you be doing? Let’s take a closer look at the role:

Tasks

What does a freelance copywriter do at notus?
As a Freelance Copywriter, you'll work closely with our content strategists to turn expert insights into compelling LinkedIn content.
We see this role as a mix of:

Writer

Storyteller

Clear communicator

Here’s how our process works:
Each client project starts with a setup phase, where the content strategist defines the content strategy, optimizes the LinkedIn profile, and sets the media plan.
Once that’s done, we move into the ongoing content engine.
That’s where you come in.
You’ll take transcripts and outlines from client calls and turn them into high-quality posts that:

reflect the client’s voice

highlight their expertise

speak to their target audience

support their business goals

You’ll collaborate with strategists, follow our editorial process, and deliver clean, on-point drafts on time.
You won’t be left figuring things out on your own.
We’ll provide:

clear writing frameworks and voice guides

context and feedback from experienced strategists

best practices from over 100 personal branding projects

If you write with clarity, care about tone, and know how to craft a good LinkedIn post—this role’s for you.

Requirements

You’ll make a great fit at notus if:

you’re a proactive communicator and able to adapt to different personalities

you have excellent English and German writing & communication skills

you are highly organized and able to manage many moving pieces

you possess strong emotional intelligence and empathy

you’re curious and eager to learn about any topic

you have excellent copywriting skills

you have a passion for content

you are a team player that lifts other people up

you are skilled at thorough research and understanding

you are a detailed worker with high standards for quality

you can take and implement feedback well and without ego

Additional details:

Compensation: starting at 15-20€ an hour depending on expertise

The position is 100% remote.

We’re looking for immediate starting dates (this will be a recurring opening every few months with adjusted starting dates.)

Benefits

Why should you collaborate with notus?

We invest in resources and learning material (access to courses, co-horts, and internal masterminds)

You get to work directly with founders and entrepreneurs (build relationships and learn from them)

We're 100% remote (in-person events are part of the agenda)

We're international (both our team and our clients are spread across the globe with a strong emphasis on the DACH region)

Okay, you applied for the position, what's next?
You'll receive an email with a Typeform questionnaire. To ensure we can give every application the attention it deserves, we kindly ask that all applicants complete the Typeform. Just ignore that is says "Content Strategist" we are using the same funnel for both CS and Copywriter applicants & only the responses are what are truly important for us.
Only those who complete the Typeform and share a quick 3-5 minute loom/video introducing themselves will be reviewed and receive a response, as we are unable to manage the high volume of applications from online platforms.
Thank you for your understanding!
Again..
We have a multi-step recruiting process:

You fill out the application & the typeform questionnaire inkl the video link and if it sounds promising you'll...

receive an invite to complete a trial assessment to test your personal branding skills.

Once the previous steps are done, it's interview time. We get to know YOU, your people skills and determine your fit for the role and our organization.

If it's a match it could be the start of an amazing ride together

So don’t hesitate and apply now - we are looking forward to receiving your application.
PS: If you have questions, please let us know on LinkedIn (as we cannot post an email on here)
We’ll only consider applications that meet the outlined requirements and include a Loom video. Applications will be reviewed at the beginning of August.
