**Location:** Fully remote employment (Ideal candidate will be based in Germany, Austria or Switzerland)

**Employment Type:** Full-time (38,5 or 40 hours/week)

## Tasks

**You want to…:**

*   Manage and streamline calendars to ensure flawless scheduling and time management.
*   Prepare for and debrief meetings, ensuring clear communication and actionable outcomes.
*   Support project management across various initiatives, contributing to both creative and operational tasks.
*   Handle communications effectively, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
*   Foster continuous improvement of our administrative processes, contributing to a seamless operational flow.
*   Act as a cornerstone of our team, helping to uphold the high standards that notus prides itself on.

## Requirements

**If you are:**

*   You thrive on keeping everything in order, from managing calendars to ensuring every appointment and meeting is perfectly scheduled.
*   Passionate about writing, creating content, and telling engaging stories.
*   Experienced in content creation or project management with at least one year under your belt.
*   A proactive communicator and outstanding interviewer who’s driven to learn and grow.
*   Excellent at managing your time, working toward deadlines, and maintaining high standards for every piece of work.
*   Proficient in **English and German,** with strong writing and communication skills.
*   Well-versed in project management tools such as Google Suite and Notion, and know how to leverage different content formats and platforms effectively.
*   You can work with Make and Zapier and handle setting up automations and solve small bugs.
*   Your communication skills are top-notch; you manage emails and calls effortlessly and know how to get your point across clearly and diplomatically.
*   Attention to detail is your forte, especially when it comes to preparing documents, managing data, and ensuring accuracy across all your tasks.
*   You handle sensitive data with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
