## Tasks

We are searching for a Head of Business Development with an entrepreneurial profile. The ideal candidate has the right capabilities and motivation to substantial contribute in the development of the company within its successful growth path. In the work of enhancing the current business model, the candidate will be part of the top-management at the Company and work in close collaboration with the CEO, both operatively and strategically.

## Requirements

*   You have at least 4 years of experience in relevant positions
*   You have an outstanding degree from a top university
*   You are passionate about building company value and participating in creating market-leading brand positions
*   An operative and entrepreneurial mindset combined with an analytical way of thinking
*   You have the motivation, skills and energy to make a difference – to join an exciting voyage!
*   Fluency in the German language is a must
