We are offering a new position at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) starting from May 1, 2024.

Your mission:

• Maintain and develop the website and e-shop, create and design landing pages
• Enhancing user experiences through strategic and methodical refinement of both existing and newly developed landing pages and user pathways, prioritizing insightful content suggestions.
• Maintain digital advertising channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok)
• Monitor and analyse digital advertisement metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns
• Data analysis – analyze performance data of campaigns and email marketing
• Maintain and develop internal CRM, create newsletters and automation workflows
• Advice for improving website’s technical performance and crawlability (technical SEO)
• Support in graphic content creation (videos, ads, banners, etc.) for several digital channels
• Support our worldwide distributors in various digital content matters
• Collaborate closely with Brand & Digital Marketing department
• Support the marketing team for all product launches

Your skills:

• Completed apprenticeship as Mediamatician or certificate of higher technical school/university in a similar domain
• You have experience working in a digital environment, you are passionate and have excellent skills at creating and editing content
• Very good programming skills in HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and very good knowledge of Shopify
• Very good knowledge of Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager & Google Analytics
• Good knowledge of Adobe programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator
• High level of commitment, flexibility, organizational and all-rounder talent
• Native speaker of German, English or French, very good knowledge in the other languages
• Identification with the NORQAINER spirit (adventure, outdoor sports, young & dynamic)
