Our initial focus is on bicycles and micromobility, as we are all passionate cyclists and love to make mobility more sustainable. However, we are not only a team of passionate sustainable people, but also a team that thinks data-driven and is convinced that technology can make supply chains more resilient, efficient and greener.

We are looking for a experienced team member for the product development of our software, the so-called NOCA portal. We use the no-code solution Bubble for software development. Your tasks will be:

• Maintenance/further development of the current version of the NOCA portal
• Further development of the new version of the NOCA portal, the NOCA portal 2.0
• Product management
• Initiate and implement your own ideas to improve and shape the product continously
• Optimization of internal processes for more efficiency
• Identification and implementation of AI use cases
• Development and implementation of APIs

• You have experience (1+ year) in developing a B2B software
• You have a strong solution-oriented and process-oriented mindset
• You have experience in building APIs
• You have experience in building digital products
• You have experience in agile working
• You can contribute very well to small teams (< 4 people) and ideally already have start-up experience
• You can take responsibility for topics and their implementation
• You can work independently without instructions, you see problems independently and can develop solutions
• You are keen to identify and implement AI use cases
• You are enthusiastic about the manufacturing industry and especially bicycles and micromobility
• You already have experience in supply chain and master data management, preferably in mobility
• You are good with common business software, Microsoft, Google, Notion etc.
• You are communicative and speak English - German would be great but is not a must

We're currently working with a no-code software to build our tech stack. One of your tasks will be to maintain and partially expand the current software solution but the main responsibility will be to scope and build NOCA's tech stack over the next years.
