We are **NL College**, a language school accredited by the **Instituto Cervantes**, with campuses in **Madrid and Barcelona**. We specialize in immersive Spanish courses for international students and are now looking to **expand our presence in the German market**, specifically focusing on the **Bildungsurlaub** program.

## Tasks

**🔹 Your Role**

*   Lead the **expansion and development of the Bildungsurlaub market** for NL College.
*   Conduct **market research** to identify key **agencies, companies, and institutions** that could become strategic allies for our programs.
*   Build and manage relationships with potential German-speaking students and partners.
*   Represent NL College in **marketing campaigns**, including possible participation in **videos and social media content** tailored to the German audience.
*   understanding student needs, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

## Requirements

**🧠 Requirements**

*   **Native German speaker** (mandatory).
*   Fluent in English or Spanish.
*   Experience in **sales, business development, or educational services**.
*   Familiarity with the **Bildungsurlaub system** is a plus.
*   Strong research skills and ability to identify new business opportunities.
*   Great communicator with a proactive, self-driven attitude.
