**Your mission:** As a **Product Owner (m/f/d)**, you’re responsible for managing and driving the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our e-commerce platform.

**Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the re-platforming of our core system within the e-commerce domain. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and be proficient in German. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the new platform aligns with business needs.

## Tasks

*   **Define Product Vision and Strategy:** Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
*   **Backlog Management:** Prioritize and manage the product backlog, focusing on high-impact tasks.
*   **Collaboration:** Foster collaboration with developers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.
*   **Requirement Analysis:** Analyze and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business and technical needs.
*   **Customer Focus:** Understand customer needs and gather feedback for continuous data-driven improvement.
*   **Monitoring and Reporting:** Monitor project progress and KPIs, reporting to senior management.

## Requirements

*   **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
*   **Experience in Product Ownership/Management:** Proven success in a technical environment, with an emphasis on working with KPIs and making data-driven decisions.
*   **Strong Technical Understanding:** A robust understanding of software development practices or a background as a software developer.
*   **E-commerce Experience:** Background in e-commerce is a plus.
*   **Agile Experience:** Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
*   **Language Skills:** German & English
*   **Communication Skills:** Ability to convey complex technical concepts.
*   **Problem Solving:** Strong strategic thinking and tactical problem-solving skills.
