We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Logistics Coordinator to work in collaboration with the Logistics, IT, Purchasing and Sales Teams. With your colleagues in Logistics, you will help with the organisation and follow-up of deliveries inbound and outbound from the international factories and the European warehouse towards our customers worldwide. Your focus on IT will also be used as a part of our continuing growth and constant research of improvements of our ERP and processes.
Tasks
- Support the organisation of consolidated deliveries from foreign factories and European warehouse to our distributors worldwide during our logistics’ peak before the winter season.
- Support the purchasing team for import processes.
- Be in charge of the order fulfilment and follow up.
- Prepare export documents: generate invoices, packing lists, and simple customs documents.
- Develop and maintain good customer relationships, delivering the very best in customer service.
- Update our different IT tools and check the data daily to make sure it is correct.
- Support the procedures testing and formulating.
Requirements
- Experience of 3 years in a Logistics position
- Strong interest in Excel and IT services
- Fluent in French & English (speaking & writing), other languages are a plus
- Knowledge of export-procedures and documentation (Incoterms, etc…)
- Rigorous and precise, ready to work on administrative tasks
- Able to manage multiple tasks at once and work independently, as well as in a team
- Good time management skills needed in order to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Outlook, MS office; ERP experience (Netsuite is a real asset)
- Flexible during peak season
