## Tasks

*   Respond to and resolve user tickets and phone calls
*   Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
*   Provide support for Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications
*   Perform basic Active Directory user management tasks
*   Assist with basic network and VoIP phone system issues
*   Install and configure Windows operating systems on workstations and laptops
*   Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications
*   Document all support interactions and solutions
*   Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams

## Requirements

*   1-2 years working experience in similar roles
*   Proficiency in Windows 11 and 10 operating systems
*   Experience with Office 365 suite
*   Basic knowledge of Active Directory user management
*   Fundamental understanding of networking concepts
*   Basic knowledge of VoIP systems, particularly Cisco phones
*   Experience in Windows operating system installation and configuration
*   Familiarity with software installation, deployment, and troubleshooting
*   Strong problem-solving and communication skills
*   Customer service-oriented mindset
*   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

**Preferred Qualifications:**

*   Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications)
*   Experience with ticketing systems
*   Knowledge of IT security best practices
*   Familiarity with automated software deployment tools
